1. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling a cleaning service with Service Express Cleaning Services LLC, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
We offer residential cleaning services, including but not limited to: General house cleaning Deep cleaning Move-in/move-out cleaning Special requests (must be agreed upon in advance)
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
A cancellation notice of 48 hours prior to the scheduled time and date of cleaning is required.
A $100 charge will be applied for cancellations made within the 48-hour window.
4. Deposit Requirement
A 30% deposit of the total cleaning cost is required to secure your booking. This deposit must be paid via debit or credit card at the time of booking.
A valid debit or credit card must be kept on file to book a cleaning service.
5. Refund Policy
Cancellations Made More Than 48 Hours in Advance: If you cancel your appointment with more than 48 hours' notice, the 30% deposit will be fully refunded.
Cancellations Made Within 48 Hours: If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled cleaning, the 30% deposit will not be refunded.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
Valuables and fragile items should be secured before our arrival.
Client must inform us of any special instructions or areas requiring extra attention.
7. Liability and Insurance
Service Express Cleaning Services LLC is insured.
We are not liable for any damages to the property or belongings unless caused by our negligence.
Clients must report any damages within 24 hours of service.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.
9. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
11. Governing Law
